Neon Card

For this card I created my on background using flower stamps from different My cute stamps sets (Konnichiwa & Little Forrest Friends) and stamped them all over the white cardstock with different Hero Arts Neon Inks in blue, pink, green and orange.

I cut out a banner in yellow cardstock and stamped my sentiment from AmyR sunny sentiments on it. I punched out a orange heart and put some glossy accents on it. To finish the card off I added some AC bakers twine in orange/white.
